We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to serve as the team HR anchor for our organization operating PAN INDIA.
1. Position Details

Should have worked in the industries like :Construction/Real Estate/Infrostructure/Facilities Management/Oil & s/EPC Sectors
2. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree mandatory.
- MBA (HR), PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations preferred.
- Labour Law / Industrial Law certification desirable.
3. Experience Requirements
- 4-6 years HR Generalist experience mandatory.
- 5-8 years preferred.
- Minimum 3 years independent payroll processing experience.
- Experience in preparing Statutory compliance, PF , ESIC, PT, LWF , BOCW preferred.
- Experience in handling statutory audit.
4. Labour Codes Knowledge
- Code on Wages, 2019.
- Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
- Social Security Code, 2020.
- OSHWC Code, 2020.
- Ability to revise wage structures and manage compliance requirements.
5. Payroll Competencies
- End-to-end payroll processing; Salary computation and statutory deductions; overtime.
- Full and Final settlements; Gratuity and leave encashment calculations ;Payroll reconciliation and audits.

- PF, ESI, Professional Tax., Bonus Act, Gratuity Compliance, Maternity Benefit act, Labour Welfare Fund, EPFO ECR ESIC returns filings, Unified returns and compliance monitoring.
8. Core HR Functions
- Recruitment and onboarding; Induction and documentation ;Performance management and appraisalsl; Employee grievance handling ;Disciplinary actions and domestic enquiry;POSH compliance Exit interviews and attrition analysis.
9. HRMS & Technical Skills
- EPFO and ESIC portals.
- Digital signatures and compliance portals.
