Job summary

Vrinda International is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its IT Services team in Bengaluru (Whitefield). You will manage the full employee lifecycle, administer HRMS and PMS, oversee payroll compliance, and drive recruitment and training initiatives to support rapid growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR, strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll processes, and a track record of improving engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in IT Services
• Proven ability to manage the complete employee lifecycle
• Strong proficiency with HRMS and PMS platforms
• Experience designing and delivering Training & Development interventions
• Track record of Employee Engagement programs
• Experience in Bulk Hiring and complex recruitment cycles
• Solid knowledge of Payroll management and compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage.
