Job summary

Speedup Infotech in Pune seeks an experienced HR Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to aspiring HR professionals. You'll cover HR Generalist, Recruitment, Payroll, Labour Laws, analytics, and AI applications with real-world examples, case studies, and practical simulations.

You will mentor students through assignments, mock interviews, and projects, monitor progress, and align content with current HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field.
• 13 years of hands-on HR experience in Generalist, Operations, or Recruitment.
• Prior experience as HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer / Faculty.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance; ability to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training on HR Generalist and HR Operations.
• Train students on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, candidate calling and interview coordination.
• Teach HR documentation, onboarding, HR policies, HR letters and HRMS processes.
• Introduce AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, with a focus on their practical applications in HR.
• Provide practical training on Payroll, CTC, deductions, LOP, Full & Final Settlement, PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.
• Train students on Labour Laws, POSH and statutory HR compliance. Cover KRA, KPI, Performance Management, PIP, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
• Conduct practical sessions on Advanced Excel, HR MIS, HR Analytics and Power BI.
• Provide exposure to Placement Coordination, employer communication, candidate mapping, interview scheduling and offer tracking.
• Guide students on LinkedIn networking, corporate HR outreach and professional communication.
• Introduce students to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and their application in HR.
• Conduct assignments, case studies, mock interviews, assessments and practical projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Keep training content aligned with current HR and industry practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Human Resources / Management / Business Administration or a related field.
• 13 years of practical HR experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Previous experience as an HR Trainer / Corporate Trainer / Faculty / Mentor will be preferred.
• Strong practical understanding of HR processes and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance practices. Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Ability to conduct case studies, role plays, simulations and hands-on assignments.
• Candidates with industry experience in HR who are passionate about training and mentoring students are encouraged to apply.
