Job summary

Kalco Alu-Systems (P) Ltd. in Mussoorie seeks an experienced HR Trainer to lead Training & Development initiatives. You will plan and execute the full T&D lifecycle, conduct inductions, and ensure KPI-driven training outcomes.

You will maintain training records, analyze needs, and coordinate quarterly skill development programs while handling routine HR tasks and reporting to the HOD. Strong MS Office and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Training & Development in a manufacturing firm.
• Experience in planning and conducting induction/orientation for new joiners.
• Proficiency in MS Office, video editing, MIS and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage the complete Training & Development process.
• Arrange and conduct Induction/Orientation of New Joiners as per defined plans.
• Maintain data of training targets vs. achieved (KPI).
• Plan quarterly skill development programmes and external trainings as needed.
• Analyze training needs and plan sessions; maintain training records.
• Handle HR daily tasks like file keeping and time-keeping; report to HOD/Management.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage the complete Training & Development Process.
• Arrange and conduct Induction/Orientation of New Joining as per the defined plans.
• Maintain data of total no. of training targeted vs. achieved [KPI].
• Plan a calendar [within 15 days from the date of start of next calendar year] so that once in a qtr. all employees should get involved in some Skill development programme. Also, plan need based external training for improvement of technical/ non -technical and interpersonal skills.
• Analyze training needs and plan the sessions accordingly. Maintain all training records.
• Manage file keeping, time-keeping and other daily HR tasks as assigned.
• Reporting to HOD/Management.

Work Experience

Should have 5+ years of experience of the same field in the manufacturing firm
