Job summary

Tekskills, Hyderabad, is seeking an HR Trainee to assist the compliance team with statutory regulations and employee records. You will support PF/ESI/PT filings, maintain accuracy of documentation, and track due dates to ensure timely compliance.

This role provides learning opportunities in HR compliance, statutory reporting, and policy adherence while working with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. Fresh graduates from 2024/2025 are encouraged to apply for a hands-on entry-level position.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Btech/MCA/MBA with 2024/2025 pass out
• Understanding of statutory regulations and labour laws is preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records management

About the Role:
