Job summary

Tekskills seeks an HR (Trainee) to assist the HR and compliance team in handling statutory compliance activities and maintaining employee records. You will help ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies while learning HR compliance and statutory regulations.

Ideal candidates are graduates from 2024/2025 with a willingness to learn, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with HR, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely filings and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Btech/MCA/MBA) passed out in 2024 or 2025.
• Exposure to statutory compliance and labour laws is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and work in HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.
• Support in preparation and submission of statutory returns and filings.
• Maintain accurate employee compliance records and documentation.
• Track statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance for compliance activities.
• Assist with compliance reports and checklists.
