Job summary

Tsaaro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical and consulting roles at our Noida office. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Ideal candidates have around 2+ years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field, and familiarity with Zoho Recruit, Naukri, and LinkedIn sourcing. This role follows a general shift in a 9:30am–6:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Exposure to technical hiring is a plus.
• Familiar with Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates after initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Maintain candidate data in Zoho Recruit ATS.
• Track metrics and prepare reports in MS Excel.
• Build pipelines for technical and consulting roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout hiring.

Position – HR- Talent Acquisition

Work from Office - 5 days

Location - Sector-132, Noida

General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with around 2+ year of recruitment experience to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data using ATS (preferably Zoho Recruit).
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Build talent pipelines for technical and consulting positions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
