Job summary

Tsaaro is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical and consulting roles in Noida. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has around 1 year of recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit is preferred), and strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers

Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location - Noida

Work From Office - 5 days a week

General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
