Job summary

Tsaaro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in India to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and consulting roles.

You will build robust talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive an excellent candidate experience. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source from multiple channels including LinkedIn, and leverage Zoho Recruit to track metrics and optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in technical or consulting domains.
• Experience hiring for technical or consulting roles including privacy, cybersecurity, IT, or consulting.
• Hands on experience using Zoho Recruit and other ATS platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel and recruitment dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer rollout and onboarding.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout hiring.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring strategies, employer branding, and processes.

Requirements
