Job summary

Tsaaro is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern for a 6-month paid onsite internship at our Noida location. You will support the HR team in recruitment activities and build talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles.

Based on performance, there may be a full-time employment opportunity with the organization. Work from Office with general shift 9:30am–6:30pm, eligibility limited to Noida/Greater Noida residents.

Qualifications

• Graduates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals for candidate sourcing is a plus.
• Ability to organize tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: assist sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Resume Screening: review resumes against requirements.
• Interview Coordination: schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Recruitment Data Tracking: maintain trackers and hiring reports in MS Excel.
• Candidate Communication: ensure timely updates throughout recruitment.
• Recruitment Process Support: assist with job postings, docs, onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing - Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Resume Screening - Assist in screening resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination - Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Recruitment Data Tracking - Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in preparing hiring reports using MS Excel.
• Candidate Communication - Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Process Support - Assist the HR team with job postings, recruitment documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements
