Job summary

HRV Pharma is seeking a hands-on HR Specialist to support employees, streamline operations, and shape the employee experience as we scale. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and a collaborative mindset.

You will manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding, maintain confidential records, support recruitment, and help draft HR policies in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Strong communication and HR operations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with discretion for sensitive information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4–6 years of hands- on human resources experience in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Core HR Operations: In‑depth knowledge of employee lifecycle stages, onboarding/offboarding protocols, and HR administration.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern HRIS/HRMS platforms.
• Work Style: Solution‑oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Nice to Have: Prior HR experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
