Human Resources Business Partner – Healthcare
Strategic HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding.

Responsibilities
- Provide inputs and take accountability to manage HR functions (Compensation, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding); conceptualizing and implementing programs.
HR Team and Processes
- Keep a pulse on the people by leveraging sources (Health Check, pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc.) and drive programs that improve engagement and the people experience.
- Advises key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community and engagement.
- Partners with business leaders on issue identification, action planning, and office engagement initiatives.
- Participates in and supports recognition programs and communications.
- Oversees employee relation issues including intake, investigations, conflict resolution sessions, and subsequent actioning.
- Create and analyze HR metrics consistently to inform decision making.
- Assist in compensation annual revision process and help maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Drive analytics to provide insights to leadership on internal/external compensation trends and movements.
- Bring in attrition control measures.
Engagement & Culture
- Drive compelling employee engagement initiatives regularly and build powerful connections with employees.
- Liaise across HR teams to support stakeholders with specific issue areas (onboarding, orientation, people guidelines, POSH, etc.).
- Develop and communicate people guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Work with other HR teams and corporate functions to create and maintain best practices that drive shared outcomes and deliver strong impact/positive customer experience.
- Provide mentorship, coaching and guidance to broader HR team.
- Act as a change‑management agent/champion.
Performance & Coaching and Learning
- Provide expertise and partner with business leaders and performance management team to validate performance information, promotion recommendations and coaching activities.
- Support leadership sessions and communications about performance and promotions.
- Serve as an expert soundboard for stakeholders on coaching needs that arise from annual planning and performance management processes.
- Lead performance management follow‑ups for managers and junior team members as needed.
- Champion a culture of ongoing feedback and high performance.
- Work closely with Business Partners to identify training needs and improvement areas.
- Guide KRA/Goal setting and execution of the Performance Management system.
- Assess training needs, apply and monitor training programs.
