Job summary

Evarastaffing is seeking an HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee exits in India. You will design policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and partner with leaders on workforce planning and retention strategies.

You will also oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data accuracy, and employee relations, while delivering training and diversity initiatives to enhance engagement and performance.

Qualifications

• Must-have HR qualifications including SHRM-CP, HRIS, MS Excel, employee relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, performance management and payroll administration.
• Preferred tools include LinkedIn Recruiter, HR analytics, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
• Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indian labor laws.
• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent mapping, and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), and HRIS data accuracy.
• Develop and deliver training programs, diversity initiatives, and engagement campaigns to boost morale and productivity.
