Job summary

Apitoria Pharma is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist in Visakhapatnam, India. You will manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The role requires 2-6 years of HR experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing industries, strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, L&D, and proficiency in Excel and HRMS tools.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of HR experience in Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll, and Learning & Development.
• Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliances.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
