Job summary

Acesoft Labs is seeking an HR generalist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and drive mass onboarding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, BGV, and offboarding, plus proficiency in systems like Workday and Ariba. Knowledge of AI applications in HR processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment to offboarding).
• Mass onboarding coordination and execution.
• Experience with Hire to Retire process and mass onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Ariba; ServiceNow is a nice to have.
• Knowledge of AI applications in HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Coordinate and execute mass onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Support Hire to Retire processes across the organization.
• Leverage HR systems (Workday, Ariba, ServiceNow) to streamline workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
