Job summary

Upgrade Infotech in Thane is seeking an HR & SAP Placement Executive to manage placement activities for SAP-trained students and coordinate with students and recruiters for job opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in HR/recruitment/education sectors, plus a basic understanding of SAP and SAP job markets; strong communication and MS Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, placement or career services.
• Education/Training/EdTech industry experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules and SAP job profiles preferred.
• IT/SAP recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage placement activities for SAP-trained students.

• Collect, review and coordinate student resumes for placement opportunities.
• Guide students regarding resume preparation and relevant job openings.
• Identify and source SAP job openings from companies, recruiters and consultancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Share suitable student profiles with recruiters based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between students and recruiters.
• Follow up with recruiters for interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain student placement and recruiter databases.
• Track applications, interviews, selections and placements.
• Coordinate with the internal SAP training team regarding student skills, modules and certifications.
• Develop new recruiter/company connections for regular SAP placement opportunities.
