You will bring new companies for placements, coordinate interviews and drives, guide students on resumes and interview prep, and maintain placement records to improve the overall rate. This role requires clear communication and a goal-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, recruitment, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience in EdTech, training institutes, colleges, or universities is preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with new companies through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, references, and meetings.
