Job description

We are a Staffing company working on job requirements from the USA and India. We collaborate with fresh graduates and postgraduates, preferring management graduates but also considering others with excellent English skills.

What's this about:

• We train you in the complete talent sourcing process, focusing on sourcing and screening.

Who is this for:

• Fresh graduates, career gap professionals, or those currently not in a full-time job.

What you need to have:

• Good English communication skills
• Good internet connection
• Laptop/Desktop to work
• LinkedIn profile (preferably well-built with a good number of connections)
• Minimum 6 hours of dedicated time, flexible scheduling
• Able to perform simple tasks and update on our tracker daily/weekly

Pay:

• ₹10,000.00 - ₹1,00,000.00 per month
• US requirement: Pay from INR 40,000 to INR 1,60,000 per closure.
• Indian job: Pay between Rs 5,000 to Rs 30,000 per closure.

Expected hours:

• 25 – 40 per week
