Job summary

PlanetSpark is hiring an HR Recruitment Intern for a 6-month work-from-home internship. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate outreach, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and keeping trackers up to date.

The role is Pan India, with working hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and a monthly stipend of 5,000. Freshers from 2023–2026 batches are welcome to apply and gain real-world TA experience.

Qualifications

• Student/Graduate from 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches can apply.
• Freshers with good communication and interest in HR/Recruitment are encouraged.
• Stipend is 5,000/month for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Candidate calling and outreach.
• Resume screening and shortlisting.
• Interview coordination and scheduling.
• Candidate follow-ups and status updates.
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and records.
• Supporting the team with end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
