Job summary

JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd in Chennai–Mannady seeks an HR & Recruitment Executive to own Zoho HR, Recruit, People, Payroll, Sign and Forms end-to-end. You will handle 15–20 openings across TN/AP/Karnataka/Maharashtra, onboard digitally, and maintain accurate employee records with payroll inputs.

AI tools will be used daily for JD drafting, screening and MIS summaries. Experience 2–5 years, fluent Tamil and English, with Zoho expertise and a results-driven attitude.

• 2–5 years in recruitment + HR generalist work
• Hands-on Zoho Recruit and Zoho People in a real job — show real examples
• Proven volume hiring results, ideally field sales or distributed teams
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus and TDS basics
• Daily, practical use of AI tools
• Fluent Tamil and English; Telugu or Kannada is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition on Zoho Recruit for 15–20 openings concurrently
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna/WorkIndia and local networks
• Process applications within 48 hours; keep pipeline updated
• Track time-to-fill, offer-to-join and 90-day retention metrics
• Issue digital joining letters via Zoho Sign and manage documents via Zoho Forms/People
• Maintain 100% accurate employee master data and payroll inputs
• Set KRAs/KPIs in Zoho People within 30 days and run reviews quarterly
• Maintain HR policies, handbook and SOPs with 100% acknowledgment
• Handle grievances and exits with defined timelines
• Prepare monthly HR MIS and explore AI-driven automation quarterly

JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd imports industrial bearings and markets them under its own brand, J&B. With our group company Jain Bearing Centre (since 2008; Chennai, Bellary, Rajahmundry) we supply stone crushers, rice mills, cement plants, workshops, dealers and OEMs across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra. HR runs fully on Zoho Recruit, People, Payroll, Sign and Forms, with written SOPs and monthly KPIs.

The Role in One Line

Own hiring and HR operations end-to-end on Zoho — fill roles fast with the right people, onboard them digitally, keep employee data and payroll inputs accurate, and run a fair performance and grievance process.

What You Will Do

1. Talent Acquisition (Zoho Recruit)

• Manage 15–20 concurrent openings: Field Sales Executives across TN / AP / Karnataka / Maharashtra, telecallers and office staff
• Source via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna/WorkIndia, referrals, WhatsApp groups and local networks
• Action every application within 48 hours; keep pipeline and notes updated daily
• Track time-to-fill, offer-to-join and 90-day retention — not just resume counts
• Offer and appointment letters via Zoho Sign — 100% signed digitally before Day 1
• Joining documents only through Zoho Forms / People — never on WhatsApp or personal email
• Day-1 readiness: employee record, system access, induction and reporting‑manager briefing

3. HR Operations (Zoho People, Zoho Payroll)

• 100% accurate employee master data, attendance and leave
• Attendance regularisation closed by the 1st; LOP inputs to Accounts by the 2nd (salary is paid on the 7th)
• Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus and TDS / Form-16 with Accounts and the CA as applicable

4. Performance, Policy & Employee Relations

• Set KRAs / KPIs in Zoho People for every employee within 30 days of joining; run quarterly and annual reviews
• Maintain HR policies, handbook and SOPs with 100% acknowledgement
• Grievances acknowledged within 24 hours and closed within 7 working days; manage exits and exit interviews

5. HR MIS, Automation & AI

• Monthly HR MIS to Directors by the 5th
• Use AI tools daily for JDs, screening questions, interview kits, policy drafts and MIS summaries
• At least one HR automation / process improvement every quarter

How You Will Be Measured (Key KPIs)

• Time-to-fill: field sales / telecallers ≤ 15 working days; office roles ≤ 30 days
• 100% applications actioned within 48 hours
• Attendance / LOP inputs to Accounts by the 2nd with zero errors
• 100% KRAs set within 30 days; HR MIS by the 5th

What You Bring

Must-have

• 2–5 years in recruitment + HR generalist work; graduate (MBA-HR / MSW / BBA preferred)
• Hands‑on Zoho Recruit and Zoho People in a real job — be ready to show real examples
• Proven volume hiring results, ideally field sales or distributed teams
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus and TDS basics
• Daily, practical use of AI tools; strong Excel / Google Sheets
• Fluent Tamil and English; Telugu or Kannada is a strong plus

Good to have: Zoho Payroll, Sign, Forms, Flow or Analytics; recruitment dashboards or HR automations.

This Role Is Not For You If...

• You have only HR admin / documentation experience with no recruitment targets
• You know Zoho only from training, or use Excel as your main HR system
• You rarely use AI tools at work, or need constant supervision
