Axirium Aerospace in Hyderabad, India, seeks a Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage end-to-end HR activities in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and exit processes.

On-site collaboration with Production, Quality and Engineering is required, with responsibilities including policy implementation, records, reports and Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for attendance, leave and workflow

Formación

• MBA in HR with Labour/Industrial Relations preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and talent management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving setup.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR operations in an early-stage manufacturing setup, including process and policy implementation.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and shop-floor roles.
• Bridge between management and workforce to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
• Maintain employee records, HR docs, and reports.
• Operate Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for data management, attendance, leave, and approvals.
• Assist in performance management and lifecycle processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering.
• Contribute to building HR systems, SOPs, and scalable processes.

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage and execute end-to-end HR activities in a fast-growing aerospace manufacturing setup. The role will cover the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations in an early-stage manufacturing setup, including process and policy implementation.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and shop-floor roles.
• Act as a bridge between management and the workforce to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and applicable labour laws.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Manage and operate Zoho HRMS (Zoho People) for employee data management, attendance, leave tracking, and workflow approvals.
• Assist in performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across departments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Engineering.
• Contribute to building HR systems, SOPs, and scalable processes.
