Job summary

Axis My India Limited, India’s leading consumer data intelligence company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment end-to-end from sourcing to onboarding at our Navi Mumbai office.

You will coordinate interviews, verify documents, and handle employee onboarding/offboarding while supporting engagement activities. Expect collaboration with a dynamic team in a PHYGITAL, data-driven environment with a strong emphasis on compliance and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Responsible for overseeing talent acquisition.
• Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
• Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
