Job summary

VRecruitFirst is seeking an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting, US Taxation, Bookkeeping and Finance profiles. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates with strong communication skills and understanding of accounting requirements.

You will work with hiring managers and external partners to build a robust candidate pipeline, manage interviews, and close offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a day-shift onsite role in Surat, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and screen Accounting & Finance profiles.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for US Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Finance roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening based on experience, communication, skills, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Accounting Team Leads.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to handle recruitment for US Accounting, US Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Finance profiles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent communication, and the ability to understand technical accounting requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Apna, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for US Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping, and Finance roles.
• Conduct initial HR screening based on experience, communication, skills, and role suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Accounting Team Leads.

Stakeholder & Talent Coordination

• Coordinate with hiring managers and Accounting Team Leads to understand technical requirements.
• Work closely with external training partners, CA firms, colleges, and institutes for talent sourcing.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Understand market availability and support timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to understand and screen Accounting & Finance profiles.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA / PG in HR will be preferred.

• From a KPO, BPO, recruitment consultancy, or accounting recruitment background.

• Strong in relationship building and candidate closure.
