Careerhunt India is seeking a recruitment specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for Real Estate, Construction, Sales and corporate roles. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn and social networks, and manage the process from sourcing to joining.

The ideal candidate screens resumes, conducts initial telephonic interviews, coordinates interviews with management, and maintains a candidate database with regular follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across Real Estate, Construction, Sales and corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; ability to assess suitability quickly.
