Job summary

Siya Consultants in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on recruitment professional to manage the full cycle of hiring. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to build a strong candidate slate.

You will coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, and oversee offer discussions while maintaining recruitment trackers and databases to ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on core recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
