Job summary

Ascendion, a leader in AI-powered software engineering, is hiring for a recruitment specialist in Vadodara, India. You will source candidates, assess fit, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, and build credible relationships with clients and candidates.

You will engage across channels, schedule interviews, negotiate terms, and partner with on-site teams to understand client needs, contributing to Ascendion's growth in APAC and global markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic data handling.
• Ability to source and screen candidates across multiple channels.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description; understand client requirements and plan candidate search.

• Assess experience, knowledge, and skills of applicants.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, scheduling, and logistics.

• Submit resumes to hiring managers for review.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and updates.

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
• Source candidates using multiple channels - job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
• Assess the applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates, and other terms of employment, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and keep them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with on-site teams to understand the client’s needs and requirements.
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
