Job summary

Toppersnotes in Jaipur is seeking an HR Recruiter with 3–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience across Creative, Design and Marketing, with IT recruitment preferred. You will own the full cycle—from requirements through onboarding—across multiple functions.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels, partner with hiring managers, and manage negotiations to closure while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, proactive and result-oriented Senior Recruiter who can independently manage hiring across Creative, Design, Marketing and Technology/IT functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, excellent sourcing skills and the ability to understand different types of talent. You should be comfortable hiring both creative and technical profiles and should have prior hands-on experience in IT recruitment.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership. You should be able to understand a requirement, build the right sourcing strategy, identify suitable candidates, manage the interview process, coordinate with hiring managers and drive the candidate through to successful closure.

What You'll Do

• You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and preparing sourcing strategies to candidate screening, interviews, negotiations, offer management and onboarding.
• You will primarily work on Creative, Design, Marketing and Technology/IT positions. These may include Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, Video Editors, 3D Designers, Motion Graphics Designers, Creative Managers, Copywriters, Performance Marketers, Digital Marketers, Social Media Managers, SEO professionals, Growth Marketers, Marketplace Specialists, Full Stack Developers, Frontend and Backend Developers, Flutter Developers, QA Engineers and other technology roles.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, identify suitable talent pools and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will be expected to use LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases, social platforms and other creative sourcing channels to identify both active and passive candidates.
• The role will require strong candidate screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, follow-ups, salary negotiation and offer closure skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment trackers, hiring reports and a healthy pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

What We're Looking For

• We are looking for someone with 3–6 years of strong hands-on recruitment experience, with proven experience in Creative, Design and Marketing hiring. Prior experience in IT/Technology recruitment is important for this role.
• You should have a good understanding of both technical and non-technical profiles and be comfortable speaking with candidates across different experience levels. Strong sourcing skills, good communication, excellent follow-up ability and a track record of closing positions are essential.
• Experience working in a startup, high-growth company or fast-paced environment will be an advantage.
