Job summary

O2 Breathing Brains in Pune invites an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations for India, focusing on processes, compliance and employee lifecycle management. You will oversee onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, exits, benefits, payroll coordination, and adherence to Indian labour laws, while partnering with payroll, finance and vendors.

Candidates with 12+ years in HR, IT/ITES background preferred, and willingness to work at 5 days a week from office

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall HR experience.
• Significant experience in HR Operations.
• Experience with Indian labour laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end HR Operations for India.
• Handle the employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlement coordination.
• Manage and administer employee benefits, insurance, leave policies, and other HR-related programs.
• Oversee HR administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, and employment regulations.
• Maintain HR policies, processes, SOPs, employee records and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, payroll partners, finance and external vendors for seamless HR operations.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, employee relations and grievance handling.
• Plan and coordinate Training & Development initiatives based on organizational needs.
• Support POSH compliance, awareness programs, documentation and related processes.

Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)

Work Mode: 5 days work from office

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with 15+ years of experience, preferably from the IT / ITES industry, to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations for India.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Automobile, Real Estate, or predominantly non-IT industries will not be considered for this requirement.

Required Experience & Skills
