CashKaro, India's leading cashback platform, invites applications for an HR Ops Intern within the People Team. You will handle backend HR processes, manage documentation, and assist with payroll coordination and internal events to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Ideal candidates are organized, eager to learn, and ready to take full ownership of tasks—big or small—and to leverage KEKA HRMS, Excel, Outlook, and other tools to keep HR operations efficient.

• Manage employee documentation: offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exit letters.
• Update and maintain employee records in KEKA (our HRMS).
• Support in organizing CK Morning Show, cultural events, and internal HR-led initiatives.
• Assist with payroll inputs: leaves, attendance, new hires data.
• Draft internal HR mailers via Outlook (birthdays, work anniversaries, engagement events).
• Use Excel and Word to track and organize HR tasks and reports.

As an HR Ops Intern at CashKaro, you’ll work closely with the People Team to run the backend engine of our HR processes. From managing documentation and updating HRMS to assisting with payroll coordination and internal events—you’ll play a key role in making our employee experience smooth and efficient.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, eager to learn, and ready to take full ownership of tasks—big or small.

Role Specifics - Day in the Life

Thecoreresponsibilityareaswillbe:

• Manage employee documentation: offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exit letters


• Update and maintain employee records in KEKA (our HRMS)


• Support in organizing CK Morning Show, cultural events, and internal HR-led initiatives


• Assist with payroll inputs: leaves, attendance, new hires data


• Draft internal HR mailers via Outlook (birthdays, work anniversaries, engagement events)


• Use Excel and Word to track and organize HR tasks and reports


• Assist the HRBP and Payroll team as needed with execution, follow-ups, and coordination


• Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and see them through - no follow-ups required.
