Job summary

CashFlo in Mumbai is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Intern who will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records in the ATS.

You'll also support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and background verification, while learning end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing startup. Ideal candidates are final year students or freshers with strong communication, organization, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (or final-year student).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes.

You will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB/IIM alumni, with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Reach out to prospective candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and interview logistics.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing offer letters and supporting the offer rollout process.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports.

2. HR Operations

• Support employee onboarding by coordinating documentation and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in background verification and document collection.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support HR policy communication and other administrative HR tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing the final year) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
