Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience in payroll processing and employee queries.
• Experience with statutory returns and compliance requirements.
• Handling of FnF, income tax, insurance, and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing and payroll-related employee queries.
• Manage Income Tax activities and Full & Final Settlements accurately and on time.
• Handle employee reimbursements and insurance-related queries.
• Ensure statutory compliance, returns filing, and monthly/quarterly/annual payments.
• Manage employee exit formalities and separation process.
• Maintain leave and attendance records and prepare analysis reports.
• Support payroll activities, bank file preparation, and Form 11 processing.
• Draft and process HR letters and employee documents.
• Manage employee insurance programs (GMC, GTLI, GPAI) and coordinate additions/deletions with insurance brokers.
