O2 Breathing Brains in Pune is seeking an HR Operations Manager for an entirely onsite role at Shivaji Nagar. You will manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation, ensuring smooth service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The position requires handling payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, benefits and data accuracy, while developing HR policies, maintaining records, and leading an in-house HR operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, benefits and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies and audit standards.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs and operational processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data and generate regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Lead onboarding activities, including documentation, background verification and induction.
• Manage employee exits, full-and-final settlements, relieving documents and exit interviews.
• Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, policies and HR systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, Recruitment, IT, Administration and business leaders for smooth HR service delivery.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, headcount, payroll accuracy and employee turnaround time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and cost optimization.
• Manage HR vendors, including payroll providers, insurance partners, background-verification agencies and staffing vendors.
• Support performance-management cycles, salary revisions, promotions and organizational changes.
• Lead and mentor the HR operations team, assign responsibilities and monitor service-quality standards.
• Protect employee information and ensure data confidentiality and privacy compliance.
