You will generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations for HR leadership, leveraging MS Office Excel and SAP-based tools to support policy compliance and stakeholder decision making. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to coordinate with teams and ensure accurate data handling acrossHR

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations or related roles.
• Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data and insights to HR leadership.
• Knowledge of UK HR process and hands on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of case management through ticketing tool.
