Job summary

NauticFleet is seeking an experienced HR Marine Personnel- Sourcing professional in Mumbai to lead end-to-end recruitment for marine officer ranks. The role collaborates with the Planning team to identify vacancies and source suitable candidates.

You will screen CVs, verify documents, schedule interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant hires. A strong team attitude and excellent communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience hiring for all officer ranks.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a good attitude to learn and work in a team.
• Ability to screen CVs and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify vacant positions with Planning team.
• Source new candidates and maintain candidate data in the company system.
• Screen CVs in consultation with stakeholders.
• Authenticate documents prior to the interview.
• Schedule interviews with relevant personnel.
• Conduct preliminary document checks as per company standards.
• Engage with industry peers to improve processes and productivity.
• Support re-hiring of well-reported ex-hand candidates.

Tasks Shall Include But Are Not Limited To

• Identifying vacant positions in assistance with the Planning team
• Sourcing new candidates.
• Updating Company Software of Call & data of Sourced & follow up candidates.
• Screening CVs in consultation with the concerned stakeholders.
• Authenticating documents prior to the interview.
• Scheduling interview with the personnel concerned
• Conducting preliminary documents & certificates check with the standards laid down by the company.
• Ensuring to re-hire well reported suitable ex-hand candidates.
• To interact with various industry peers for better processes and increased productivity.
