Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking an HR Manager for its India expansion to establish and lead all human resource functions in the India office. The role focuses on building the HR framework from the ground up, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and developing policies, processes and initiatives that support business growth and employee satisfaction.

You will lead end-to-end hiring, onboarding, payroll oversight, and performance development while shaping culture and governance across the India

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in expansion environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to build HR processes and frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and influence at all levels.
