Job summary

The candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR and 6–7 years of relevant experience, with hands-on HRMS/HCM and data analytics experience. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 6–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM systems and migration projects.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, data reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR SPOC for HRMS/HCM transformation and platform migration.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations and exits.
• Oversee employee lifecycle and ensure HR policy compliance across locations.
• Partner with HODs and plant leadership for manpower planning.
• Maintain HR MIS, dashboards and reports for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Support PMS, goal setting and appraisal processes.

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading textile manufacturing and export company with a strong global presence and well-established plant and corporate operations. Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to drive HR operations, support HR transformation initiatives, and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple locations, while closely partnering with plant leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the HR SPOC for HRMS/HCM transformation, including migration from Oracle to a new platform
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities
• Handle complete employee lifecycle management and ensure HR policy compliance across locations
• Partner with HODs and plant leadership for manpower planning and workforce optimization
• Maintain and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and ensure data accuracyAdminister employee benefits including group mediclaim, insurance, and welfare initiatives
• Drive performance management cycle (PMS), goal setting, and appraisal processes
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure smooth coordination between corporate HR and plant/admin teams across units

Requirements

• Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• 6–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or plant-based environments
• Strong exposure to core HR functions including operations, employee lifecycle, and performance management
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HCM systems and involvement in implementation or migration projects
• Proficiency in HR analytics, data reporting, and dashboard management
• Experience with HR platforms such as Keka or similar systems will be an added advantage
• Good stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across functions and locations
