Job summary

Axis My India, located in Andheri, Mumbai, seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager with 6-10 years of non-IT, non-banking experience to lead HR operations, recruitment and performance management. The role focuses on end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll, on-boarding, and policy adherence from our Mumbai office.

You will coordinate with managers for manpower planning, drive recruitment, and maintain performance records to ensure productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment and performance management.
• Non-IT, non-banking sector experience preferred.
• Education: minimum 60% throughout academic record.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: manage end-to-end lifecycle, onboarding, attendance, payroll, admin and compliance.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and outcome-driven manager with non-IT, non Banking companies experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, attendance & payroll, admin-related activities ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment by coordinating with hiring managers for manpower planning.
• Performance Management: Enhance employee productivity by conducting daily audits and maintaining evaluation and feedback records.
