Exceledge Placements is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. You will lead the HR team and drive results.

The role requires 4+ years in recruitment, IT staffing, and team management, with hands-on payroll for 150+ employees and comfort with US night shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, and team management.
• Experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or consulting preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets within deadlines.
• Hands-on payroll management for 150+ employees, PF & ESIC.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment, develop effective hiring strategies, and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
• HR Team Management: Lead the HR team, assign targets, monitor performance, and improve productivity.
• Company Culture & Engagement: Build a positive work environment, organize employee engagement activities, and improve employee retention.
• Payroll Management: Independently process monthly payroll for 150+ employees, including attendance, leaves, incentives, and salary deductions.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Manage onboarding, employee records, HR policies, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Performance Management: Monitor employee KRAs/KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure workplace discipline.

• Comfortable working in the US night shift.
