Job summary

Elixr Labs is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle, recruitment, HR operations, business partnering, and compliance. You will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and advise employees and management.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBM in HR from premier institution preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience in IT/ITeS/software sectors.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience in IT recruitment and HR BP roles.
• Proficiency in Zoho HRIS and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Drive performance management processes and identify skill gaps for training.
• Oversee HR Operations and Compliance, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and POSH compliance.
• Drive employee engagement through surveys and team-building initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and monitor KPIs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager (8+ years’ experience) to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, HR operations, business partnering, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment (freshers & laterals)
• Drive onboarding and retention strategies

HR Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
• Provide strategic HR insights and solutions

Employee Relations

• Handle grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
• Conduct investigations and support workplace issue resolution

Performance & Development

• Drive performance management processes
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training initiatives

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR IS (Zoho)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including POSH
• Maintain employee records and oversee benefits administration

Employee Engagement

• Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement initiatives
• Plan team-building activities

Strategy Development

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR initiatives and key performance indicators, using insights to drive continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce growth.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBM in HR (preferred from a premier institution)
• 8+ years of HR experience in IT/ITeS/software
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices & employment laws
• Experience in IT recruitment & HR BP roles
• Proficiency in HR IS (Zoho) & MS Excel (advanced)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management & analytical skills
