Job summary

Shroomery is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, people operations, and employee relations from a farm near Manesar, Haryana. Regular on-site presence is required, with travel to the farm as part of the role and responsibilities spanning onboarding, payroll coordination, policy implementation, and culture building.

You will partner with founders and managers to shape HR processes, drive engagement, and manage performance development in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of HR experience.
• Experience managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.
• Strong exposure to recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation.
• Working knowledge of payroll administration, onboarding, and POSH compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Location

This role is based at our farm near Manesar, Haryana (Landmark - ITC Grand Bharat).
Regular travel to the farm is an essential part of the role.
