3. Performance & Growth Catalyst:

• Implement lightweight, effective performance and development frameworks.

4. Strategic Business Partner:

• Analyze people data to provide insights on attrition, hiring, and engagement.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and department heads on people strategy.

✔1-4 years in HR, Tech Recruitment, or a related people-centric role(experience in startups, SaaS, or HR tech is a huge plus!).
