Overview
Role Summary: We’re looking for an energetic and tech-savvy HR Executive to join our fast-growing company. You will play a key role in building a high-performing, collaborative culture by driving end-to-end HR operations — from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll, and compliances. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment, and is passionate about shaping a modern people experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs. Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary revisions, and F&F settlements with finance. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Support internal communication and recognition programs.
- Performance & Policy Support: Assist in performance management cycles, feedback collection, and data consolidation. Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with organizational needs. Support HR analytics and reporting for leadership reviews.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.
- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll basics is a must.
- Experience using HR tools or Excel-based HR dashboards preferred.
