Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape the global people and talent strategy for a high-growth SaaS company in India, Kerala. The role involves defining and executing HR initiatives across geographies, building organizational capabilities, and establishing performance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20+ years of experience in HR leadership within tech/SaaS environments, alongside an MBA from a top-tier institution. This is a high-visibility position with global exposure to diverse talent ecosystems.
