We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and build scalable people systems that support our growing organization. This role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You will work directly with leadership to shape culture, strengthen people capabilities, and ensure a productive, positive, and high‑performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement, communication, and grievance resolution.
- Manage performance cycles, goal setting, OKRs, and L&D initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations: HRIS, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance.
- Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and people processes.
- Track HR metrics (hiring, attrition, performance, engagement) and report insights.
- Strengthen culture and support managers with people management and team development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and performance systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- High proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and problem‑solving ability.
