Cloud 9 Infosystems in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, retention and compliance. This on-site role focuses on aligning HR programs with organizational goals.

A Bachelor's degree is required with 8–10 years of HR leadership experience; postgraduate HR credentials are a plus.

Job Role:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing various HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Manager will also play an important role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR management including talent acquisition and retention, performance management, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and Payroll.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. A post-graduate degree or professional certification in HR management is a plus.

Experience Required: 8 to 10 years.

Qualifications Required: Graduate in any field.
