Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced HR leader in Pune to own performance management and training across India. You will manage the complete appraisal cycle, design and deploy an annual training calendar, and partner with leadership on recruitment and policy implementation.

The role requires handling grievances and employee relations directly, maintaining compensation structures and HRMS, and supervising an HR/administration executive.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR with ownership of performance management and training
• Experience running a full appraisal cycle from goal setting to final ratings and calibration
• Proven ability to build and deliver a training calendar and measure impact
• Experience handling grievances and employee relations independently
• HR experience in manufacturing/engineering/industrial groups is a plus
• Engineering degree alongside HR qualification is advantageous

• Build the training and development programme: identify needs by team and role, plan the annual calendar, arrange or deliver technical and managerial training, and measure what it changed.
• Run recruitment for the India teams with the leadership team and recruitment partners.

Preferred

• 6+ years in HR, with performance management and training and development owned by you rather than supported from a larger team.
• Has run a full appraisal cycle from goal setting to final ratings and calibration, on an HRMS.
• Has built and delivered a training calendar and can say what it changed.
• Has handled grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations yourself.
• HR at a manufacturer, engineering company or industrial group is a plus. An engineering degree alongside the HR qualification is a plus. Experience with a head office outside India is a plus.
