Job summary

Standard Infratech India is seeking an experienced HR Manager responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC industry.

This role includes handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR policies and performance appraisals. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Implement HR policies, performance appraisal, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate HR operations across corporate office and project sites.
• Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
