Job summary

SJ Contracts Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior HR Operations leader in Maharashtra to drive end-to-end HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, HRIS administration, policy implementation, and process improvements. The role requires deep experience in payroll and labour laws within the construction sector.

The candidate will oversee records, audits, vendor coordination, and the HR Operations team, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses to employee queries while implementing

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 12+ years of HR experience with at least 8+ years in HR Operations in the Construction Industry.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
• Experience with HRIS and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, leave, attendance, employee benefits, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POSH, BOCW, and other labour laws.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS, and HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Coordinate HR audits and ensure compliance documentation.
• Manage employee insurance, Mediclaim, and vendor coordination.
• Resolve employee queries related to HR operations.
• Lead and develop the HR Operations team.
