Job summary

India Book of Records in Gurugram is seeking an HR professional to manage payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations. You will handle end-to-end payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee payroll disbursement and policy implementation.

The role also covers recruitment, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and a focus on employee engagement and retention within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity.
• Experience implementing HR policies and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Laws.
