Job summary

Rikruit is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, develop HR strategies, and drive engagement in a fast-growing tech environment in Chandigarh, India. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance, and mentor the HR team while collaborating with leadership on culture and organizational development.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR, with a Bachelor's degree and MBA/PGDM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced startups or IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with org objectives.
• Drive employee engagement programs to foster high-performance culture.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, promotions, exits.
• Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and confidential matters.
• Maintain HR records and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives.
• Mentor junior HR team members and support HR operations.
• Collaborate on organizational development, culture-building and succession planning.
• Support HR and Operations in improving internal processes.

What you need for this role

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with experience in fast-paced startups or IT organizations preferred.

• Collaborate with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and culture-building initiatives.
• Support the HR and Operations teams in improving internal processes and implementing people-centric initiatives.
• Assist teams across the organization with HR-related policies, processes, and organizational development activities.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the company based on business requirements.
